This Return Policy applies to purchases made from Avrenlora at https://avrenlora.com. Avrenlora is operated by Pingliang Zhengchangshun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.

1. 30-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered, subject to the conditions in this policy and any consumer rights that apply to your order.

To start a return, email service@avrenlora.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and, for eligible returns, a prepaid return label or postage-paid return instructions.

Do not send returned items to an address that we have not confirmed.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, items returned for personal preference or a change of mind should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where reasonably available. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not limit your rights regarding items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

3. Return Shipping

Avrenlora provides postage-paid return instructions or a prepaid return label for eligible returns requested within the 30-day return period. Please use the return method provided by our customer service team so the return can be tracked.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact service@avrenlora.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available. We will review the issue and provide appropriate next steps in accordance with applicable law.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

If your refund has not appeared after this period, please contact your bank or payment provider first. You may also email service@avrenlora.com with your order number for assistance.

Any shipping charges, taxes, or other amounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the details of your order. This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, contact service@avrenlora.com. Exchange availability depends on current stock. We will confirm the exchange process before arranging it.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@avrenlora.com and include your order number. A cancellation or change can only be confirmed before the order has shipped. If the order has shipped, you may request a return under this policy.
