      1. Shipping Destinations

      We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France, subject to product eligibility and the delivery address.

      Available shipping destinations will be confirmed at checkout.

      1. Shipping Fees

      Our standard shipping rates are:

      • Orders of $69.99 USD or less: $6.99 USD shipping fee.
      • Orders over $69.99 USD: Free standard shipping.

      Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

      1. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

      Order processing generally takes up to 3 business days.

      Estimated shipping time is 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

      Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. If we cannot process or dispatch an order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

      1. Order Tracking

      When tracking information is available after dispatch, we will send it to the email address provided at checkout.

      Tracking updates may take time to appear. Eligible shipments may also be tracked at https://www.17track.net/en using the tracking number provided.

      1. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

      Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible at service@avrenlora.com. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment has begun.

      If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact service@avrenlora.com with your order number and relevant details so we can review the issue and assist you.

      1. Duties and Taxes

      Any taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment.

      Pingliang Zhengchangshun Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. covers applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees associated with international shipments. Customers will not be asked to pay additional import-related charges upon delivery.

      1. Cancellations

      You may request cancellation before your order has shipped. Contact service@avrenlora.com as soon as possible and include your order number. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

      1. Returns and Refunds

      Standard return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy and any consumer rights that apply to your order.

      For eligible returns within the 30-day return period, Avrenlora provides postage-paid return instructions or a prepaid return label. Please contact us at service@avrenlora.com before sending an item back and use the return instructions we provide.

      For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can review it and provide the appropriate next steps.

      Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
